the process

  • In your 15-minute consultation we’ll explore your challenges, aspirations, and vision for the future to determine if we're the right fit for working together. During this complimentary session, we’ll explore how my coaching approach will help you step into your next chapter, and you can ask any questions you may have about the journey ahead.

  • Before our first session, I’ll send you an exercise to do in your own time. This isn’t compulsory, but many of my clients say that even this little piece of self-exploration can shed so much light on what’s really important to you. We will then touch on this in your first session.

  • Sessions are 50 minutes and can be bought as single sessions, or in blocks of 6 or 12 sessions.

    • Sometimes, your sessions will be used to focus on immediate or pressing problems in your day-to-day life. I’m here to ensure you navigate life’s issues with clarity, but we will also work on your self-awareness and your resilience so that next time, those problems seem more manageable.

    • Other sessions will be spent working on manageable steps to get you to where you ultimately want to be in your life, career, or business.
      This might involve:
      - exploring your past to understand limiting beliefs or habitual patterns of behaviour
      - eliciting your values to understand what really matters to you, what really makes you feel whole
      - challenging yourself to overcome an obstacle or rewrite a negative narrative that you hold
      - making sure you have a clear plan of action for the week ahead to ensure you’re constantly making forward progress.

  • Your goals and support needs will determine how long we work together for. Some of my business clients are still working with me after a number of years as I provide them with accountability, challenge, and a constant sounding board. Other clients who may have worked towards a very specific outcome will get the transformation they’re looking for after a block of sessions. Either way, the door is always open, and many of my clients return for check-ins or ‘MOTs’ to keep them on their empowered trajectory.

Working with Jordan has completely transformed my life. Her ability to tap into the things that actually matter to you, and then build a life that you never thought was within your reach, is honestly a bit mind-blowing. I can’t recommend her enough.

your investment

  • one-off - £100

A single 50 minute session to explore what’s going on for you right now, where you want to be and how to get there.

You can bring to the session as broad or as narrow a topic as you like, and you’ll be sure to leave the session with some next steps to get you to where you want to be.

You can PAYG with one-off sessions, this can be your first session before buying a block of sessions, or this can simply be a stand-alone session of unwavering support for you.

  • Block of 6 - £510

Six 50-minute sessions, weekly or fortnightly, to fully explore your life, career, or business (or more often a combination!).

We will examine your obstacles, identify patterns or limiting beliefs you may hold, and build a clear and empowered vision for your future.

Over the course of your sessions, you’ll take steps you may not even have imagined, and you’ll experience your confidence and self-awareness reaching new heights.

You’ll have consistent support from me during your journey via WhatsApp, and if you find homework helpful, I’ll set tailored tasks for you each week to keep the momentum going between sessions.

  • Block of 12 - £900

Twelve 50-minute sessions, weekly or fortnightly. This is for individuals who are ready to deeply explore who you are, how you got here, and what your ultimate life, career, or business looks like.

Over the course of your sessions, you’ll step outside of your comfort zone, you’ll embrace change, you’ll find yourself understanding not only why you do the things you do, but how you can alter them.

You’ll find yourself making decisions that really resonate with you, building relationships that make you feel like sunshine, and waking up each morning feeling empowered by the day you’re about to have.

For longer-term clients, we have room for deeper exploration of your past, and sometimes I will put my CBT hat on to support you through your growth. Some coaches will shut down your need to explore the past as they are not qualified to bridge the gap between therapy and coaching, but you can be sure that there’s nothing you can’t bring to our sessions.

You’ll have consistent support from me during your journey via WhatsApp, and if you find homework helpful, I’ll set tailored tasks for you each week to keep the momentum going between sessions.

 FAQs

  • For clients both in the UK and internationally who are seeking personal coaching, sessions are held online via Google Meets. For those based in Bristol or the surrounding areas, I also offer walking coaching sessions, or in-person sessions in BS3.

For corporate sessions, group coaching, and workshops, I travel to you or your business. Please get in touch for more details.

  • If you’re Bristol-based, or willing to travel into Bristol, then of course you can mix up the mode of our sessions. I’ll just need 24 hours notice prior to our next session beginning.

  • The very nature of coaching is based on forward momentum, actions, and positive change. As a result, there will be certain steps, activities, or tasks, that you’ll leave our sessions with - and don’t worry, you’ll be feeling motivated to follow them through!

Some weeks however, life might get in the way and you may feel unable to follow through with your steps. This is completely fine - these actions are NOT homework, nor should they feel like chores. I don’t grade you, or hold any expectations, they’re simply there to keep the ball rolling between our sessions if they feel helpful.

  • Yes absolutely - lots of employers are open to paying for coaching on behalf of employees as part of wellbeing initiatives. Just let me know what your employer needs to start the process and we can get the ball rolling.

  • Payment is via BACS, or if you’d prefer to pay in person in cash, this is fine too.

Wherever possible, I prefer single payments for blocks of sessions. However, if paying for a block in a lump sum isn’t possible for you, please contact me and we can discuss breaking down your payments into smaller instalments.

  • Yes - if you run your own business, coaching is tax deductable as it falls under the ‘professional service’ category.

You can’t go back and change the beginning,
but you can start where you are and change the ending.
